For what purpose and on which basis we process personal data
Connecting Energy processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Performing the services: individual and team coaching, training and/or consulting in accordance with the agreement entered into.
- Calling or emailing you with regard to providing the services
- Informing you of changes to Connecting Energy’s services and products.
- Connecting Energy also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as the data needed for our tax return.
- Sending the Connecting Energy Network newsletter, if you explicitly subscribe to it.
Connecting Energy does not use automated processing to make decisions about matters that could have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems without human intervention (e.g. an employee of Connecting Energy).

Sharing of personal data with third parties
Connecting Energy shares your personal data with various third parties as required to fulfil the agreement and comply with any legal obligations. We have entered into a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure an equally high level of security and confidentiality for your data. This data processing will remain the responsibility of Connecting Energy. In addition, Connecting Energy may provide your personal data to other third parties (see table below). This is only done with your explicit consent.
